Our story begins with two friends who shared a dream of building something meaningful together. For over 15 years, Kendall and Olman worked side by side, helping other restaurant brands grow and thrive. Their passion for people and genuine desire for success made it inevitable that they would one day create a brand of their own.
They spent countless hours dreaming about the perfect locations and menu, but then COVID hit. Their plans came to a sudden halt as the world navigated through the uncertainty of the pandemic.
Fast forward to March 2021 — the timing finally felt right. A great location became available, and they made the leap. No more corporate world. It was time to build something they could truly call their own.
From day one, their guiding principle has been simple: impact lives by serving quality food with exceptional service at an affordable price — while taking great care of their team. They refuse to compromise on quality or on the promise of treating every guest like family.

Kendall Wilson
- Kendall has worked in the restaurant industry for the past 20 years working in all positions from dish team member, server, host, bartender, and manager. In 2008, he was promoted as the youngest General Manager of a high volume concept that grossed over $6M in revenue. In 2013, he was promoted as the Director of Operations of 11 casual dining restaurants in the state of Georgia. There he helped facilitate proper systems and processes for company growth, opening up 4 units from the ground up. In fall of 2017, the company was sold. Knowing that after 18 years it was time to move on, Kendall joined a small business that was early in it's growth stage. As the COO, the company turned the "mom and pop" into a recognizable brand with easy to follow systems, procedures, and processes. In 2020, Covid pushed Kendall into another direction, real estate. However, he knew that restaurants were in his bloodline and he missed the people impact. In late 2020, the idea Holy Pie Pizzeria was born!

Olman Del Cid
- Born in Honduras, Olman migrated to the U.S. as a young man with his family. Here he found the "American Dream". He began work in the restaurant industry as a cook, learning all the in's and out's of producing food made from scratch at a quick pace. He quickly moved up in the food industry becoming a Senior Culinary Manager due to his hard work, honesty, creativity, and willingness to make a difference. He took a break from the industry for a short period, but was drawn back in by his love for food creation and people. He is responsible for the creation of many items in a few restaurant concepts and looks forward to having guests say "Holy Pie! that's good pizza!"

Jake Watson, his wife Penny Watson, and their son Jake Watson Jr. As proud owners of PB&J’s Restaurant Group, LLC, this family trio brings passion, dedication, and a love for community to every slice they serve.
Jake and Penny Watson, with deep roots in Georgia, have always believed in the power of good food to bring people together. Their journey into the restaurant world began with a vision to create a pizzeria that feels like home, where fresh, scratch-made ingredients and creative recipes spark joy. Holy Pie! does just that. In 2022, alongside their son Jake Jr., they opened their first Holy Pie! Pizzeria location at 256 Wright Ave in Roberta, GA, following the success of their Macon outpost at 5797 Houston Rd. Now, with a new location in Perry, GA, they’re expanding their family’s legacy of crafting unforgettable dining experiences.
Jake Jr., the next generation of the Watson family, brings youthful energy and a fresh perspective to the business, ensuring Holy Pie! stays true to its commitment to quality and innovation. Together, this dynamic team blends tradition with a modern flair, offering a menu of handcrafted pizzas, calzones, and more, all made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
